MRI provides both sole ownership and tenants in common investment programs for clients who are seeking to invest in high quality real estate assets. Both of these products are extremely well suited to clients who are seeking to complete a 1031 exchange.
MRI's sole ownership programs enable investors who have the financial resources to acquire larger properties to get the benefit of a suite of services including property identification, due diligence/underwriting, seller negotiation, debt financing and closing on a cost effective, turnkey basis. If desired, MRI can also asset manage the property on an ongoing basis, allowing investors to own real estate in an almost entirely passive manner. In these transactions, investors receive monthly distribution checks from the property, without any of the ‘headaches' typically associated with property acquisition and management.
MRI's tenants in common investment programs cater to investors who desire a passive real estate investment but don't have the individual resources to acquire properties that are large enough to support third party property management and leasing. These fractional ownership programs combine multiple investors in a single large property that is operated and managed by MRI, allowing them to own institutional quality real estate with a limited financial investment.
