Through its Maximum Leverage (ML) program, MRI allows sponsors to borrow up to 92.5% of the total capital required for the acquisition of real estate investments.

The ML program:

provides a turnkey solution for first mortgage and subordinated financing;
provides lower current payments than most other alternatives;
provides longer term financing than most other alternatives; and
provides more proceeds with a significantly lower overall cost of capital than conventional mezzanine debt or other preferred equity products.

The goal of the ML program is to provide affordable capital to qualified real estate sponsors, enabling them to maximize the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) on their investments.
